Cela peut inclure des \u00e9motions, des reproches, des demandes, ou des d\u00e9clarations non dites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Changement de r\u00f4le<\/strong> : Apr\u00e8s que le client ait exprim\u00e9 ses sentiments, demandez-lui de changer de place et de r\u00e9pondre comme si c&rsquo;\u00e9tait l&rsquo;autre personne qui parlait.
